The Trust hosts a biennial Postnatal Depression Study Day in Newquay. The day, which is free to attend, is aimed at those health and social work professionals who may come into contact with women suffering from perinatal mental health problems including postnatal depression. Those attending include GPs, Health Visitors, midwives, psychiatrists, mental health nurses.

The days involves talks from eminent professionals in the field of perinatal mental health from all over the country as well as more informal talks from former sufferers describing their own personal experience.
